Overview

A boutique fitness studio with 250+ members needed a platform built from scratch to replace a slow, limited no-code tool. We built a complete dual-interface system: a member-facing progressive web app and a separate admin operations dashboard. The member app features passwordless OTP authentication, credit-based class booking with integrated mobile money payments, electronic waiver signing, Google Calendar sync, and a built-in merch store. A tenure-aware engagement system adapts the entire experience based on member stage. Milestone badges reward consistency with free credits at key thresholds. The admin dashboard provides real-time revenue analytics, bulk payment approvals, class roster management with walk-in tracking, an Open Gym module for drop-in visits, a Personal Training module, and attendance dashboards. Delivered as a PWA installable directly to members' home screens, no app store required.
